Helped students navigate policies and resources related to discriminatory harassment, worked with faculty leadership to identify areas for improvement in program and graduate division policies, acted as a conduit between students and faculty for policy questions and concerns, organized program-wide seminars and discussions.

National Institutes of Health Postbac Committee Seminar Series Subcommittee Co-Chair (2013-2014)
Organized monthly seminars where postbaccalaureate fellows presented their research, wrote standard operating procedure manual that was later used as a model for other subcommittee SOPs.

Hampshire College Educational Policy Committee Student Representative (2011-2012)
Appointed by the Dean of the School of Cognitive Science. The EPC was responsible for evaluating and implementing college-wide academic requirements.

Hampshire College Board of Trustees Academic Affairs Committee Student Representative (2010-2011)
Elected. The Academic Affairs Committee provided recommendations to the Board of Trustees and Educational Policy Committee regarding curricula and academic structure at the college.

Hampshire College Culture, Brain, and Development Student Group Organizer (2009-2011)
Organized weekly meetings that included paper discussions, research talks, workshops, screenings, and field trips focused around interdisciplinary questions about human biology, culture, and learning.
